Stuart Sipos, has been the President of Bells Homecare, since its inception.  In 2009, Mr. Sipos acquired an ownership interest in Bells Nurses Registry, a sister company that focuses on providing supplemental staffing to hospitals in the Metropolitan area and still holds the position of Vice-President of Marketing and Sales for that company.  From 1990 through 2009, Mr. Sipos held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing for companies specializing in software development for the medical field.  His success was directly attributed to his ability to develop and cultivate strong customer relations.  Prior to that,  Mr. Sipos was a franchise owner for a company that developed software for the durable medical equipment and home infusion industry where he expanded  his entrepreneurial skills. 

Drew Bergman, has been the Vice-President of Finance for Bells Homecare, since its inception.  He has held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Bells Nurses Registry, a sister company that focuses on providing supplemental staffing to hospitals in the Metropolitan area since 2002 when he acquired the business.  Mr. Bergman has been working in the medical field for the last 28 years, entering the sector, as a Chief Financial Officer for various medical service companies.  Before purchasing Bells Nurses Registry, Mr. Bergman was responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Staten Island University Hospital’s ancillary homecare division.  His accomplishments include; incorporating a certified homecare agency, licensed durable medical equipment division, pharmacy provider and physician billing company.  He has been and continues to be involved in all aspects of Bells operations; automating, integrating the scheduling, payroll and billing systems leading to significant operating efficiencies.

The Director of Nursing, assists with the planning, coordination, leading, controlling and evaluation of home health services.  The D.O.N. is responsible for coordination and liaising with appropriate parent and affiliate Departments and committees; development of policies and guidelines for and obtaining input from service personnel and providing professional input to related administrative systems.  The D.O.N. directs and supervises professional and paraprofessional personnel rendering client care services, fosters public relations for the company by consulting and planning with health care facilities regarding staffing needs, and communicates the concept of quality client care to the general community.
