Home Health Aide Requirements:
Valid original NY STATE HHA certificate
Physical / PPD / drug screen not older than 6 months
Two valid forms of identification (i.d, s.s, permanent resident, passport, employment authorization)
Two references (work/personal)
Resume with work history, education, and skills
We are looking for applicants to fill both live-in and hourly shifts
Registered Nurse Requirements:
Valid original NY STATE RN License
Physical / PPD / drug screen not older than 6 months
Two valid forms of identification (i.d, s.s, permanent resident, passport, employment authorization)
1-2 years Homecare experience
Valid drivers license, registration, and insurance
